Cumin and Chilli Butter
Great with fish, steak, lamb chops and baked potato

Ingredients

softened butter

tsp
garlic finely diced

tsp
ground cumin

chilli flakes
or amount to your liking
Zest of 1 lemon

chopped parsley or coriander

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients (except the cumin) in a bowl, ensuring that they are well combined
Place on a large piece of plastic wrap
Form into a long sausage
Sprinkle the cumin over the sausage and on to the plastic wrap
Roll the butter on to the cumin on the plastic wrap and wrap up
Store in the refrigerator until it hardens
Slice into rounds and place over hot food
Freezes well
