Limoncello Syrup is so delightfully decadent drizzled over flapjacks, fruit, yoghurt or ice cream.

Ingredients

cup
limoncello
¼
cup
honey

tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Combine limoncello, honey and lemon juice in a small saucepan over a medium heat
Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced slightly about 3-4 minutes
Remove from heat and set aside to cool
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
Notes
Will keep 2 to 3 weeks in the fridge.
