Summery Mixed Berry Tiramisu
Tiramisu might be an Italian name for an Italian dessert but the only words you really need to describe this most luscious of creamy treats are 'mmm' and 'ahh'.

Ingredients
For the Tiramisu

ladyfinger biscuits

strawberries
hulled and halved

mascarpone cheese

For the Coulis
250

strawberries
hulled

sugar
juice of 1 or 2 oranges

Instructions
For the Coulis
Puree the strawberries in a food processor with the sugar and orange juice
Taste and adjust the sugar if necessary
Strain the coulis to remove the seeds
For the Tiramisu
Spread a little of the mascarpone cream around the base of a deep serving dish
Dip half the biscuits in the coulis and moisten them well
Arrange them in a layer in the dish on top of the mascarpone cream
Pour half the mascarpone cream over the biscuits
Repeat this process
Arrange the halved strawberries on the top layer with the raspberries and blueberries
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight
Notes
For the coulis, you can also use frozen berries.
Another great option for topping the tiramisu is a fine shaving of white chocolate.
